Shengji Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd. of Shengli Oilfield is a comprehensive petroleum machinery enterprise with a history of more than 40 years, which was restructured and established on October 9, 2007 by the former general machinery plant of Shengli Petroleum Administration Bureau of Sinopec Group. It mainly develops and manufactures petroleum drilling and production equipment and class I and II pressure vessels, and undertakes technical services such as installation and maintenance of petroleum engineering equipment.

Founded in 1956 in Minghua Town, Nangong County, Hebei Province, the general machinery factory was the repair workshop of North China Petroleum Exploration Brigade of Xi'an Geological Survey Office.
