It is composed of Tianjin Lilin Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd., Tianjin Lilin Screw Machinery Co., Ltd., Tianjin Lilin drill bit Co., Ltd., Tianjin Lilin industry and Trade Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Zhongjie science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. It is a network enterprise of mechanical equipment and tool manufacturing of China National Petroleum Corporation and China Petrochemical Corporation. It has been approved by the Ministry of foreign trade and economic cooperation of the people's Republic of China Import and export rights.

In 1997, the company passed SGS yasley international,Certification company's ISO9001 quality system certification and ISO10012 measurement system certification. In 1999, the double screw pump developed by the company passed the certification of the ship inspection bureau of the people's Republic of China (China Classification Society). In 2000, the PDC bit and the connecting thread of the drill pipe joint also obtained the API certificate issued by the American Petroleum Society.
