Daqing oilfield equipment manufacturing group was established on March 2, 2009 by the former equipment manufacturing group, Daqing Oilfield Lishen Pump Co., Ltd. and perforating charge factory in accordance with the requirements of Daqing Oilfield's major strategic deployment of ensuring 40 million tons of crude oil production and supporting the construction of one of the "five major bases" in the past century. It is a collection of mechanical processing, electric submersible pump, screw pump and special purpose pump in Daqing Oilfield Automobile manufacturing, drilling equipment manufacturing and supporting equipment repair in one comprehensive enterprise.

The group has 13 member units and 6239 employees, including 192 senior professional titles, 672 intermediate professional titles, 862 junior professional titles, 1 bureau level expert and 1 group company level expert, and 98 foreign employees. It has a total fixed assets of 1.062 billion yuan, a net value of 540 million yuan and 3696 sets of main equipment.

At present, the group can produce more than 300 varieties of petroleum machinery products in 15 series, such as pumping units, electric submersible pumps, screw pumps, perforating equipment, special oil field vehicles, complete sets of drilling rigs, vacuum heating furnaces, oil (gas) production wellhead, oil well pumps, oil pipes, three production and polymer injection equipment, downhole operation tools, lifting machinery and rubber products, with an annual output value of more than 2 billion yuan.

Pumping unit products

With a production capacity of 5000 pumping units, it is the first pumping unit manufacturer in China, the first in Asia, and the third in the world. Its products have formed 145 varieties in 11 categories, and have passed ISO9001:2000 standard quality system certification, HSE system certification, and API certification of American Petroleum Institute. The annual output of reducer, the core component of pumping unit, is more than 2500 units. It is the only enterprise in PetroChina that has the ability to design and manufacture large reducer. It is the only domestic manufacturer that can independently design and produce large reducer of more than 1280 type. It is in the leading position in China. Pumping unit products have entered 14 countries, including the United States, Canada, Britain, France, Australia, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Sudan, Algeria, Turkey and Mongolia.

Special automobile products

It is the first automobile refitting enterprise in Heilongjiang Province to pass the ISO9001:2000 standard quality system certification, among which the "Wild Camel" brand trademark has been approved and announced by the state. The main products include cementing cement truck series, logging truck series, well testing truck series, well washing truck series, paraffin removal truck series, ash removal truck series, oil production truck series, as well as various oil-water tank trucks, engineering trucks and other products. Among them, the industrialization projects of single machine single pump and double machine double pump cement truck supported by the group company are in rapid progress. Electric submersible pump & screw pump products

With the annual production capacity of 4000 submersible pumps and 1000 screw pumps, the products have passed ISO9001:2000 standard quality system certification and HSE system certification. Lishen Pump Co., Ltd. is one of the high-tech enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, the only electric submersible pump center of CNPC, the national electric submersible pump technology training and Certification Center, and also the largest artificial lifting equipment and service supplier in China. The company's products have become famous and high-quality products in Heilongjiang Province and products satisfied by users of petroleum industry of China Quality Association. Perforating equipment products

with an annual production capacity of 2 million perforating charges, 800000 meters of detonating cord and 50000 meters of perforating gun, the group's perforating charge Factory integrates the development, production, sales and service of perforating equipment, and can realize the full supporting service of perforating equipment. In 1996, it was the first enterprise in the same industry in China to pass the ISO9001 quality management system certification; in 2003, it passed the HSE management system certification; in 2005, it promoted the API product certification. Drilling equipment products

Vacuum heating furnace products

Taking the opportunity of building the manufacturing base of vacuum heating furnace products of the group company, on the basis of digesting and absorbing the relevant technologies of Jidong Oilfield, through independent development and introduction of talents, we have made great progress in electric control system, thermal calculation, overall structure optimization of vacuum heating furnace, and now we have achieved independent design ability, The design and production are realized. After the base is put into operation, the annual production capacity of vacuum heating furnace will reach 500 sets, and its leading product position is gradually forming.

Production (gas) wellhead equipment

with a production capacity of 5600 sets, it has developed and produced more than 10 categories of products suitable for pumping wells, electric submersible pump wells, flowing wells, water injection wells, snubbing operations, annular testing, etc., all of which have passed the HSE system certification and API system certification. The group can conduct sealing test for oil (gas) wellhead below 105Mpa, and the sealing test device is leading in the industry to ensure qualified products. In addition to covering domestic oil fields, the products are also exported to Kazakhstan, Pakistan and other international markets.

Oilfield special pump products

production capacity of 1000 sets, has formed a complete product series: including 13 models of gathering and transportation pumps, 152 models of multi-stage centrifugal oil pumps, 132 models of multi-stage centrifugal infusion pumps, 19 models of multi-stage centrifugal water injection pumps. In addition to meeting the needs of oil production users in Daqing Oilfield, some products are sold to other domestic oilfields.

Oil well pump products

6000 sets of production capacity, including 8 varieties and 20 models of tubular pump, rod pump, bush pump, hydraulic feedback thickening pump, sand control pump, etc. The product has passed API certification, and is widely used in Daqing, Liaohe, Shengli, Jilin, Xinjiang and other major domestic oilfields.

Tubing products

with a production capacity of 20000 tons, obtained API certification from American Petroleum Institute in 2001. The products are widely used by Daqing Oilfield and some domestic oilfield users with excellent quality and reasonable price.

Lifting machinery products

the group has the national A-level bridge and gantry crane manufacturing qualification, and can design and produce the bridge and gantry crane with less than 100 tons by itself.
