Baoji Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Baoshi machinery), formerly known as Baoji Petroleum machinery plant, was founded in 1937. In 2002, it was jointly funded by Baoji Petroleum Machinery Plant and the former China Petroleum Materials and equipment (Group) Corporation to complete the restructuring. It is the largest and most powerful oil drilling and production equipment R & D and manufacturing company of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) Enterprises. In 2005, it was recognized as "key high-tech enterprise of national Torch Plan" by the Ministry of science and technology of the people's Republic of China; in 2006, it was awarded as "an important contributor to the revitalization of equipment manufacturing industry in China" by the national development and Reform Commission.

The company mainly designs and manufactures conventional land drilling rig, polar drilling rig and offshore drilling rig with nine levels of 1000-12000m and four driving forms; various series of drilling pumps with 500-3000hp; offshore drilling and production platform equipment, well control wellhead equipment, special vehicles, steel pipe rope, large diameter cone bit and other drilling and production equipment supporting products, as well as electrical control, unconventional oil and gas equipment and emission reduction equipment Our products cover more than 50 categories and more than 1000 specifications.
