Tianjin Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as TPCO) is a large-scale modern professional seamless steel pipe enterprise built during the Eighth Five Year Plan period in order to implement the strategy of "pushing forward with production", realize the localization of petroleum pipes, and ensure national energy security.
