As the oilfield gradually enters the middle and late stages of development, the problem of eccentric wear of rod and tube in rod pump wells has become increasingly prominent. Sucker rods and tubing with eccentric wear of rod and tube are more severely eccentrically worn on one side. In view of this characteristic of rod and tube eccentric wear, anti-eccentric wear technology of rotating sucker rod and rotating tubing appeared. The main principle of this technology is to use a specially designed mechanical device to rotate the sucker rod or tubing regularly to make the sucker rod and tubing change from one side wear to uniform circumferential wear, thereby prolonging the production cycle of partial wear wells.

At present, the existing device that can realize the rotation of the sucker rod relies on the power provided by the force between the top surface of the wellhead packing sealer and the bottom surface of the movable card body, the sucker rod rotator. When the two surfaces are in contact, a large The impact load caused by the vibration of the sucker rod has a great impact on the transmission parts in the device, reduces the life of the transmission parts, and may also cause the sucker rod to break off. To this end, we designed a composite sucker rod rotating device. The composite sucker rod rotating device is composed of a main body, a hollow shaft, a rotating mechanism that drives the sucker rod to rotate, springs, bearings and other components. The main body has a central through hole, and there are open rope grooves on both sides; the rotating mechanism is composed of a cam mechanism and a ratchet mechanism. Among them, the central through hole of the hollow shaft and the central through holes of the cam and ratchet in the rotating mechanism are all coaxial with the central through hole of the main body. There are deep groove ball bearings on the upper and lower parts of the cam, which play a role in radial positioning of the cam. At the same time, there are thrust ball bearings at the upper and lower ends of the cam to transmit axial force. In the ratchet section, the pawl elastic group is installed in the hole of the cam and meshes with the ratchet teeth. The teeth on the outer surface of the ratchet and the pawls on the inner surface of the cam convert the rotary motion of the cam into intermittent rotary motion of the ratchet. The inner surface of the ratchet wheel is opened with a key groove, and the intermittent rotation movement of the ratchet wheel is transmitted to the hollow shaft through a common flat key. The square clip and the sucker rod are fixed together and are located at the upper end of the hollow shaft, and the sucker rod is driven to rotate with the hollow shaft by friction with the top end of the hollow shaft. There are deep groove ball bearings on the upper and lower parts of the hollow shaft to position the hollow shaft in the radial direction.
