Story:
The national flag is rectangular and the ratio of length to width is 3:2. Red flag, the center for a pentagonal Venus. Red symbolizes revolution. Venus represents the Vietnamese Labor Party, and the other meaning is that the five corners of Venus represent workers, farmers, soldiers, intellectuals and youth.
