Equatorial Guinea national flag consisting of horizontal stripes of green, white, and red, with a blue triangle at the hoist and the national coat of arms in the centre. The width-to-length ratio of the flag is approximately 2 to 3.

Story:
The national flag is rectangular and the ratio of length to width is 3:2. On the left side of the flag is a blue triangle, on the right side are three equal wide strips of green, white and red, with the national emblem in the center. Blue symbolizes the ocean, green symbolizes wealth, white symbolizes peace, and red symbolizes the spirit of struggle for independence.
