Story:
The national flag is rectangular and the ratio of length to width is 3:2. Light blue flag, white edge, black strip will be divided into two rectangular flag. Light blue symbolizes water and blue sky. It means that black people and white people live together under the blue sky of Africa. The wide black bar symbolizes the black, and the white edge symbolizes the minority.
