Story:
The national flag is rectangular and the ratio of length to width is 3:2. The flag is composed of two vertical rectangles, left green and right red. The red area is one and a half times of the green part. The national emblem is painted at the junction of red and green. Red represents the celebration of the establishment of the second republic in 1910, while green represents the respect for the "Navigator" Prince Henry.
