Story:
The national flag is rectangular and the ratio of length to width is 11:7. From top to bottom, the flag is composed of three equal parallel rectangles of blue, black and white. Blue symbolizes national independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity; black symbolizes wealth, land and mineral resources; white symbolizes freedom, light and purity.
