Baosheng Group Co., Ltd., affiliated to China Aviation Industry Corporation, was founded in 1985. Its R & D and marketing centers are located in Jinshan District and Putuo District of Shanghai, and its production centers are located in Yangzhou City and Baoying County of Jiangsu Province. It is a domestic competitive power and intelligent industry group integrating wire and cable systems, cable materials, electrical engineering, high, medium and low voltage inverter, servo system, industrial robot and logistics services, as well as the construction and operation of photovoltaic power station. Baosheng Group is a provider of information and intelligent system engineering solutions for power projects such as power station construction, power engineering and power facilities. It can provide a complete set of systematic and integrated services from engineering design to cable and electrical product design, manufacturing, installation, photovoltaic power generation, building steel structure and engineering general contracting. At present, Baosheng Group's main industries are divided into five sectors:

One is the wire and cable plate. The main enterprise is Baosheng Technology Innovation Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 600973), which was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2004. It is mainly engaged in cable and system integration of power energy, aerospace, rail transit, ocean engineering, communication, nuclear power, new energy and superconductor, as well as R & D, production and sales of high molecular materials and precision conductors. It has more than 10 holding subsidiaries in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Yunnan, Sichuan, northwest, northeast and other places. Baolixin New Energy Development Co., Ltd. under Baosheng Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the construction and operation of photovoltaic power stations. In recent years, it develops nearly 100 MW roof distributed photovoltaic power stations every year.

Second, the electrical sector. It is mainly composed of AVIC Baosheng Electric Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 834296) and Baosheng iridium Lecter iron core manufacturing Co., Ltd., specializing in R & D, production and sales of transformers, high and low voltage switchgear, amorphous alloy transformers, box type substations, transformers, circuit breakers, reactors, capacitors, bus trays, and transformer iron core parts.

Third, intelligent technology. Mainly AVIC Baosheng (Shanghai) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Yangzhou Siling Electronics Co., Ltd. Engaged in electronic devices, high and medium voltage inverter, industrial robots, servo systems, IGBT, as well as industrial production line intelligent systems and other intelligent products R & D, production and sales.

Fourth, construction and installation. It mainly includes Baosheng Construction Co., Ltd. and Baosheng Real Estate Co., Ltd., including housing construction, steel structure, mechanical and electrical installation, landscaping and other businesses. Among them, Baosheng construction has the first-class qualification of national general contracting for construction engineering.

Fifth, logistics services. It is mainly composed of Baosheng Logistics Co., Ltd. and Baosheng Hotel Management Co., Ltd., which is engaged in national highway trunk transportation, regional distribution, third-party logistics, automobile trade, international freight forwarding, cold chain logistics and hotel services.
