SMIC Building Ceramics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "SMIC tile") is the brand of ceramic tile business of Shanghai Yuexin Health Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yuexin health"). It was established in June 1993 with its headquarters in Shanghai and registered capital of 655.5 million yuan.
