The development of Tongli in China

In China, Tongli Elevator Co., Ltd. was founded in December, 1996, and is the most important elevator and escalator production base of Tongli group in Asia Pacific region. Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province has a total area of 142000 square meters of factory.

Nowadays, Tongli Elevator Co., Ltd. has become one of the largest suppliers of elevator and escalator industry in China. At present, it has 37 branches (another 7 in 2010), nearly 100 maintenance stations and more than 3600 employees, and has built a sales and maintenance network throughout the country. In addition, Tongli Elevator Co., Ltd. has also established two large joint ventures, Tongli Huazhi escalator industry Co., Ltd. and giant Tongli Elevator Co., Ltd. in China.

Tongli Elevator Co., Ltd. is the largest supplier of elevator equipment for related construction projects of 2008 Olympic Games, which is in line with the theme of 2008 Olympic Games - "green? Science and technology? Humanity" with the world leading environmental protection and energy saving technology. Nearly 900 elevators, escalators and sidewalks related to Beijing Olympic project contracted, accounting for more than 50% of the total equipment of elevator projects in Beijing Olympic related projects.
