In 1999 and 2004, the group established wholly-owned subsidiaries in the core areas of Guangdong and Shanghai respectively: Guangdong tenaco Architectural Coatings Co., Ltd. and tenaco Ike (Shanghai) Coatings Co., Ltd. the production institutions are adjacent to the core areas of Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta respectively, and are located in the hinterland of Yangtze River Delta and Guangdong Hong Kong Economic Corridor, with convenient transportation.

With the vigorous development of China's construction market, tenaco's products have been applied to Vanke Real estate, Longhu real estate, overseas Chinese town, Cosco real estate, world trade group, ocean real estate, CITIC Real estate, rongchuang real estate, Jinke group, Poly Real Estate and other large-scale construction projects since 2006, and supplied for the construction of swimming pools in Guangzhou Asian Games in 2010. Tu Naike is also one of the first foreign enterprises to establish strategic partners with large real estate enterprises such as Vanke Real Estate and Longhu. After more than ten years of unremitting exploration and development in the Chinese market, the accumulated application area of the products has reached hundreds of millions of square meters.
