So far, the applicant Michael Jordan, an American citizen, has won 65 trademark cases out of 68 trademark cases filed for retrial by the Supreme People's court. In response to the ruling, we hereby declare as follows:            1、 According to the Trademark Law of the people's Republic of China and with the legal approval of the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and commerce, the Chinese "Jordan", pinyin "Qiao Dan", graphic "and other series of trademarks have been legally used by our company for nearly 20 years.            2、 In October 2012, Michael Jordan, an American citizen, filed a dispute over 68 trademarks registered by our company. After three trials by the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board of the State Administration for Industry and commerce, the Beijing No.1 Intermediate People's court and the Beijing Higher People's court, all of them have been ruled or rejected, maintaining our trademark registration.            3、 In December 2015, the Supreme People's court made a ruling of rejecting the application for maintaining the registration of 50 trademarks in the retrial application filed by the retrial applicant, including the Chinese, Pinyin and graphic trademarks mainly used by our company. The 10 trademarks in this ruling, including 3 trademarks supporting the retrial applicant, are defensive trademarks registered by our company for less than 5 years on other surrounding commodities, which will not affect all the trademarks currently used by our company.
