Capital Airlines (hereinafter referred to as capital airlines and Capital Airlines) is approved by Civil Aviation Administration of China and Beijing Administration for Industry and commerce. It is jointly funded by HNA Group and capital travel group. It is an aviation company of HNA Group and officially launched on May 2, 2010.

Capital Airlines, formerly known as golden deer Airlines Co., Ltd., was established on November 16, 1998. On April 2, 2010, it was renamed Beijing Capital Airlines Co., Ltd. The base airport is Beijing Capital International Airport, and the business scope of the company is domestic (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and international air passenger and cargo transportation business. Business aircraft rental flight, medical rescue flight (excluding diagnosis and treatment activities), aircraft escrow and helicopter pilotage operation business; insurance concurrent business agent.
