Beijing Gas Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned company established in September 1999. In order to promote the marketization process of gas group and build a capital city infrastructure construction investment and financing platform, Beijing Municipal People's Government reorganized Jingtai group and gas group to establish Beijing holding group in 2005, and gas group became a direct subordinate enterprise of Beijing holding group.
