Pingzhuang Coal Group reorganized grassland Xingfa by means of asset replacement and directional additional issuance.

Inner Mongolia Pingzhuang Energy Co., Ltd. was formerly Inner Mongolia grassland Xingfa Co., Ltd. It is located in Yuanbao mountain area, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The company was established on March 18th, 1993 with the approval of Chifeng Economic System Reform Commission, and on May 12th, 1997, the company was approved by CSRC to publicly issue 40000000 domestic listed domestic shares to the public, and was listed and traded on Shenzhen Stock Exchange on June 3rd, 1997.

On April 16, 2007, China Securities Regulatory Commission issued "approval on approval of major asset replacement and directional issuance of Inner Mongolia grassland Xingfa Co., Ltd." and the major asset exchange of grassland development was carried out by Inner Mongolia Pingzhuang Coal Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. On May 22nd, 2007, the company was renamed Inner Mongolia Pingzhuang Energy Co., Ltd. the main business of the company was changed from the original animal husbandry to "coal mining, washing processing and sales".

After directional issuance, the total shares of the company are 1014306324, of which pingcoal group holds 622947287 shares, accounting for 61.42% of the total share capital of the company, and is the controlling shareholder of the company. The company has operating assets such as Fengshuigou mine, West open pit mine, six mines, Gushan mine, husband Ying subsidiary mine, material supply company and coal sales company, with annual coal production capacity of about 9million tons.
