Inner Mongolia Baogang Rare Earth High Tech Co., Ltd. (stock code 600111) was jointly established by Baogang (Group) Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Jiaxin Co., Ltd. and Baogang comprehensive enterprise (Group) Co., Ltd. in September 1997. It is the first listed company in China rare earth industry. It was formerly a three plant of Baogang rare earth, which was founded in 1961. There are 1830 employees, including 11.2% of technical personnel and 2.13% of management personnel. So far, the total assets of the company are 2.52 billion yuan, and the net assets are RMB 1227 million.
