With Liaoning oak Group Co., Ltd. as the parent company and Liaoning oak Chemical Co., Ltd. as the largest subsidiary and listed company, Liaoning oak group is the largest high-tech industrial group of ethylene oxide derived fine chemicals in China.
In 2002, the group passed ISO9001 international quality management system certification, and in 2007, it passed ISO14000 and 18000 environmental and occupational health and safety management system certification. It became the provincial enterprise technology center in 2002, the first batch of postdoctoral research bases for private enterprises in Liaoning Province in 2004, and the first batch of innovative enterprises jointly determined by the Ministry of science and technology of the people's Republic of China in July 2006. In August 2007, it became a national model enterprise with harmonious labor relations jointly determined by the Ministry of labor and social security of the people's Republic of China. In September 2007, it was approved as a national key high-tech enterprise by the Ministry of science and technology of the people's Republic of China.
