The company is located in Penglai City, Shandong Province, 28 kilometers away from Yantai Penglai International Airport and 40 kilometers away from Yantai port. It is a manufacturing enterprise specialized in providing high quality wind tower and jacket for the global wind power market.

Penglai dajinhai wind power equipment manufacturing project, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan, covers a total area of 860 mu, and the plant building area of (phase I) is 80000 square meters. The factory has a self use wharf for large cargo transportation, with a length of 1409 meters and a water depth of 10-17 meters. The workshop has a large lifting capacity of 400 tons, and the steel plate pretreatment production line has a capacity of 200000 tons / year. The blanking process adopts ESAB CNC cutting machine, Japan Xiaochi imported automatic groove cutting machine, Germany longitudinal / circumferential seam root cleaning milling machine, large milling thickness of 120mm, steel plate edge milling machine, etc. The workshop is equipped with Sweden ESAB double arc and double wire weld positioning and tracking welding workstation, which makes the one-time welding qualification rate always stable at more than 98%. Two Italian Davi rolling machines and large cold rolled steel plate thickness of 120mm provide a great guarantee for efficient and stable production. The wharf is equipped with 1000 ton gantry crane, and four 50000 ton special berths and one 20000 ton special berths are built;

The products are mainly for offshore wind power tower and jacket equipment manufacturing industry. The leading products include: offshore wind power foundation jacket pile, 3mw-6mw offshore wind power tower, steel structure of thermal power boiler, offshore oil and gas exploitation equipment manufacturing, port machinery and pressure vessels. After the completion of the project, 150000 tons of offshore heavy equipment such as offshore drilling platform and offshore wind power equipment can be produced annually, It will be built into the first professional chemical plant integrating specialized manufacturing and assembly of offshore wind power in China, leading the manufacturing mode of offshore wind power development in China.
