Kunshan factory is positioned as a low-grade parquet supplier with small variety and large quantity, and its target market is mainly the U.S. market. At present, Kunshan phase I workshop with an annual production capacity of 800000 square meters has been officially put into operation in July 2007; The workshop with an annual design capacity of 800000 square meters in phase II is expected to be put into production in the first half of 2008. After the completion of the second phase, the annual capacity of the whole Kunshan plant will reach 1.6 million square meters. Some of them will increase the production of wood flooring varieties mainly for the domestic market, so as to promote their own "kemuan" brand, so as to form a domestic production and sales mode combining high (Zhuanghe production) and medium and low (Kunshan production) products, so as to adapt to the domestic market demand.

Muling kemian plans to build a wood preliminary processing project, which mainly supplies poplar core strips, surface boards, semi-finished products of three-layer parquet and semi-finished products of multi-layer parquet. The design production capacity of wood primary processing in Muling factory is: the annual production capacity of core strips is 20000 cubic meters (which can supply the annual production capacity of 1.5 million square meters of parquet); Annual output of surface board is 1.5 million square meters; The annual output of semi-finished products of parquet is 1.5 million square meters. Muling Kemen wood preliminary processing project is planned to be completed in the first half of 2008 and put into operation in the second half of 2008.

Muling kemian also plans to build a comprehensive utilization project of wood, including an annual output of 60000 cubic meters of LVL and an annual output of 100000 cubic meters of MDF production line. In addition to some of the new products used for the production of raw materials of existing products, they will mainly be sold in domestic and foreign markets.
