Shenyang Alloy Investment Co., Ltd. was established in December 1987 with the approval of Shenyang Municipal Commission of economic restructuring. The company was listed on Shenzhen stock exchange with the approval of China Securities Regulatory Commission on November 12, 1996. In December 1999, with the approval of Shenyang industry and Commerce Bureau, the company changed its name to Shenyang Alloy Investment Co., Ltd., which transformed the company into an investment management group with investment holding as the main body.
