Founded in 1992, Changchun Yidong clutch Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changchun Yidong") is a restructuring body of FAW Dongguang clutch factory. It is jointly initiated by China First Automobile Group Co., Ltd. and Jilin Dongguang Precision Machinery Factory (state-owned No.28 factory), and is established by raising funds.

The company completed the reform of the stock system in 1998 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. At present, the total share capital is 141516450 shares, including: Jilin Dongguang Group Co., Ltd. holds 32.07% of the total capital, 23.51% of China First Automobile Group Co., Ltd., and 44.42% of the public stock.

Changchun Yidong is one of 12 listed companies of China Ordnance Industry Group Co., Ltd., the first listed company in China automobile clutch industry, a leading enterprise in China's automobile clutch industry, a member unit of the clutch Committee of the China Automobile Association and a drafting unit of many industry standards.

At present, the company has two holding subsidiaries, Changchun Yidong automobile parts manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yidong parts") and Shenyang East 4th ring clutch Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shenyang East 4th Ring").

The main products are diaphragm spring clutch (Changchun east and Shenyang east ring 4) and heavy truck cab hydraulic lifting mechanism (east part).

Clutch products currently have 8 series, 32 specifications and 340 kinds of automobile clutch products, which are from Φ 160 mm—— Φ 450 mm, the transfer torque capacity is from 71n · m to 5400n · m, covering passenger cars, commercial vehicles and other models.

Yidong component is the largest supporting supplier of hydraulic lifting mechanism in China, with a variety of products such as oil cylinder, oil pump and hydraulic lock, and provides more than 140 products for 45 models. The products are expanded to agricultural, mechanical cylinders, height valves, steering power cylinders and other products, and modular supply is realized in each main engine plant.

Changchun Yidong has 537 production equipment (sets), 106 test equipment (sets), 4 million sets / year production capacity of clutch assembly and 500000 sets / year hydraulic lifting mechanism. The key equipment is introduced from Austria, Italy, Korea and other countries respectively. It has advanced level in the world in clutch cover stamping, diaphragm spring heat treatment molding, assembly assembly and online inspection.

The company continues to carry out technological innovation and the R & D ability is constantly improved. There are 1075 existing practitioners, 246 of them, and R & D center is rated as national technology center and post doctoral workstation is established. The synchronous development of traditional diaphragm spring clutch is realized. At present, the research and development of the front-edge products such as self-adjusting clutch, dry type, wet double clutch and hydraulic torque converter are being developed.
