Huayi Compressor Co., Ltd. is located in Jingdezhen, China, the capital of porcelain. In the early 1990s, through the introduction of the latest fluorine-free technology of American Taikang company and the introduction of modern equipment from Japan, Germany, Italy, Australia, Denmark and other countries, Huayi Compressor Co., Ltd. built China's first fluorine-free compressor production line with an annual output of 1 million units. Taking the lead in raising the banner of environmental protection in China, it is the first domestic enterprise to eliminate R12 and adopt R134a new refrigerant, and the first enterprise to launch fluorine-free refrigeration compressor.

In June 1996, the company was established.

Listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on June 19, 1996, "Huayi compression" has become the first "fluorine free" new army in China's stock market, the second listed company in Jiangxi Province and the first listed company in Jingdezhen.

In 1996, Premier Zhu Rongji of the State Council visited the company. He had high hopes for the development of the company and put forward the development goal of making the company's production and sales exceed 5 million units at the beginning of the next century.

On October 24, 2000, it signed an agreement with Hubei Jingzhou Nanguang refrigeration equipment Co., Ltd. to establish Huayi compressor (Jingzhou) Co., Ltd. as a joint venture, the company holds 51% of its shares.

In 2002, the company acquired 53.78% of the shares of jiaxibeira Compressor Co., Ltd. in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province.

In 2003, the company's "Huayi brand" refrigerator compressor won the title of "China famous brand".

In 2004, Huayi won the title of "China famous trademark".

In 2006, the company invested 260 million yuan in the construction of "200" project in Zhejiang jiaxibeira company, making the production capacity of the base reach 8 million units in 2007.

In 2007, it invested 50 million yuan in Hubei Jingzhou Huayi compressor company, making the production scale of the base reach 3 million units in 2008.

On December 24, 2007, Sichuan Changhong Electric Co., Ltd. won 97.1 million shares of Huayi compression through judicial auction, becoming the largest shareholder of Huayi compression.

In 2008, the company launched the "600 project" in the headquarters of Jingdezhen. The new factory with an annual output of 6 million refrigerator compressors started construction in the high tech Zone and was put into operation at the end of November 2009.

On July 8, 2009, the second phase expansion project of Jiaxing plant of the subsidiary, jiaxibeira, was officially put into operation. Since then, the annual production capacity of jiaxibeira has reached the level of tens of millions of units, and Huayi compression has made a big step towards the "3342" goal.

In 2010, the company achieved the "3342" strategic development goal ahead of schedule, entered the top three in the global compressor industry, achieved 4 billion yuan tax free sales revenue, and its annual sales exceeded 20 million units.

In 2011, Huayi produced and sold 24.1 million compressors, with a sales revenue of 4.8 billion yuan, up 15.15% and 13.8% respectively compared with 2010. Among them, 7 million compressors were exported, a year-on-year increase of 40.36%. The domestic market share is 23.41%, and its production and marketing rank first in the domestic industry for ten consecutive years, and second in the global industry for two consecutive years.
