Jiangxi Changyun Co., Ltd., formerly a state-owned enterprise Jiangxi long distance bus transportation company, was established by directional fund-raising on April 3, 1993. The historical origin of Jiangxi Changyun Co., Ltd. can be traced back to 1925 when the construction of NANLIAN Road (Nantang) was started, and Nanchang general depot was set up after Nanlian road was opened to traffic in 1928. Nanchang was liberated on May 22, 1949. On August 23, 1949, the former Nanchang bus business office, Nanchang branch bus station of the second transportation department of the Ministry of communications and Nanchang bus terminus of Jiangxi Provincial Highway Bureau were merged to establish Nanchang bus terminus; Nanchang Branch of Jiangxi state owned automobile transportation company was established in February 1950; In 1959, Nanchang operation area of Jiangxi state-owned automobile transportation company, Nanchang warranty plant and directly affiliated motorcade were merged to establish Nanchang central station of Automobile Transportation Bureau of Jiangxi Provincial Department of transportation; On January 1, 1962, it was renamed as the branch directly under the Automobile Transportation Bureau of Jiangxi Provincial Department of communications; In June 1969, it was renamed as the automobile transportation group of Jiangxi transportation company, and in February 1972, it was renamed as the automobile transportation group 1 of Jiangxi transportation post office; In 1973, it was renamed as the branch directly under Jiangxi automobile transportation administration; In 1982, it was renamed Nanchang company of Jiangxi automobile transportation corporation; In 1988, according to the provincial government's (88) No.2 document on the implementation of the reform of the transportation management system in Jiangxi Province, "Nanchang company of Jiangxi automobile transportation general company" was transferred to Nanchang City and renamed Jiangxi long distance automobile transportation company.

On October 29, 1992, Jiangxi Changyun Co., Ltd. was established on April 3, 1993 with the approval of joint examination group of Jiangxi joint stock system reform (GG [1992] No. 03) and co sponsored by Jiangxi long distance bus transportation company and Jiangxi Trust Consulting Company of Bank of China.
