The company is a joint-stock company established by Jiangsu Changqing Group Co., Ltd. as the main sponsor. Changqing group was formerly known as Putou pesticide factory. The factory was established in 1970 with the approval of the Revolutionary Committee of Jiangdu County, Jiangsu Province (Jiang Gesheng [70] No. 75). In the same year, it was approved to change the original Putou people's commune pesticide factory into Jiangdu County Putou pesticide factory (jianggesheng [70] No. 153) In September 1982, with the approval of the Industrial Office of Putou people's commune of Jiangdu county and the second industrial bureau of Jiangdu County, Putou pesticide factory of Jiangdu county was re registered and renamed as Jiangdu pesticide factory, and obtained a business license from Jiangdu County Administration for Industry and commerce with the license number of Jiangdu Industrial and commercial Zi No. 10511076. In May 1994, Jiangdu pesticide factory was renamed Jiangdu pesticide factory. On June 24, 1999, Jiangdu agrochemical plant was restructured into Jiangsu Changqing Group Co., Ltd. with the approval of Jiangdu agrochemical plant restructuring approval document No. [1999] 18 issued by Jiangdu agrochemical plant Restructuring Committee. Among them, Jiangdu Putou collective assets management company invested 67.31 million yuan of Jiangdu pesticide factory's overall assets assessed by Jiangdu Xingye assets appraisal office as of December 25, 1998 into Jiangsu Changqing Group Co., Ltd., and Yu Guoquan contributed 7.69 million yuan in cash. After the establishment of the joint stock company on January 4, 2001, Jiangsu Changqing Group Co., Ltd. no longer engaged in pesticide related production and business activities.
