Aoyang group is a trans regional and diversified private enterprise group, headquartered in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province, which is located in the top three of top 100 counties and cities in China. The group was established in July, 1998, and was approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce in 2007 and upgraded to a large group enterprise with no crown administrative division. The group has 37 subsidiaries (grandchildren) with nearly 10000 employees.

The group industry has been involved in ten major fields, including wool textile clothing, chemical fiber, metal logistics, medical health, high-end manufacturing, pension real estate, green ecology, cultural creativity, financial investment, e-commerce, etc. The industrial and investment projects are mainly distributed in the headquarters of Zhangjiagang and Huai'an, Yancheng, Wuxi, Yangzhou, Xuzhou and Lianyungang in Jiangsu Province, and Zhejiang, Xinjiang, Guangdong, Shanghai, Jiangxi, Shandong, Hainan, Yunnan, Hong Kong and other provinces and cities.

The group has been selected as the top 500 Chinese enterprises for six consecutive years. In 2016, it ranked 465 of the top 500 enterprises in China and 168 of the top 500 private enterprises in China. It was one of the top 100 enterprises in Jiangsu Province, a landmark enterprise in Suzhou and ten enterprise groups in Zhangjiagang.
