Jiangsu Ninghu Expressway Co., Ltd., established in August 1992 with a registered capital of RMB 5.038 billion, is the only listed transportation infrastructure company in Jiangsu Province.

The company is mainly engaged in the investment, construction, operation and management of Shanghai Nanjing Expressway and toll roads in Jiangsu Province owned or participated by the group, and the development of passenger transport and other auxiliary services along these roads (including refueling, catering, shopping, automobile maintenance, advertising and accommodation, etc.).

The core business of the company is the investment, construction, operation and management of toll roads and bridges. In addition to Shanghai Nanjing Expressway, the company also owns all or part of the rights and interests of toll roads and bridges in Jiangsu Province, such as Nanjing section of Nanjing Lianyungang highway, Xicheng Expressway, Guangjing expressway, Jiangyin Yangtze River Highway Bridge and Suzhou Jiazhou Hangzhou Expressway. As of December 31, 2019, the company has directly participated in the operation and investment of 17 road and bridge projects, and directly or indirectly owned more than 840 km of open roads.
