Hubei Yihua Chemical Co., Ltd. is located at 399, Yiting Avenue, Qiting District, Yichang city. It was established in 1977. It is a state-owned listed company and is the core subsidiary of Hubei Yihua group. The company's shares were listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange in August 1996 (000422.sz), and it is known as the first nitrogen fertilizer stock in China. The company consists of three independent legal entities: Hubei Yihua Chemical Co., Ltd., Yichang Yihua Pacific Thermal Power Co., Ltd. and Hubei Yihua fertilizer Co., Ltd. Covering an area of 1700 mu, there are more than 2800 employees. There are seven branches of insurance powder, urea, energy, ammonium phosphate, sulfuric acid, chlor alkali and thermoelectric power, with 11 functions of safety, environmental protection, business management, office, production, equipment, electric control, finance, comprehensive sales, material procurement and logistics and one project department. The company mainly deals in chemical fertilizer and chemical products. The current leading product capacity is 350000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 100000 tons of caustic soda, 100000 tons of insurance powder, 660000 tons of diammonium phosphate, 1.2 million tons of sulfuric acid, 300000 tons of phosphoric acid, 100000 tons of caustic soda and 120000 tons of PVC. The project under construction has an annual output of 20000 tons of trimethylpropane, and it is expected to be put into operation in July 2020. The project with an annual output of 550000 tons of ammonia alcohol and supporting boilers is in the preliminary stage, and will be opened in 2020.
