Jianghan bit factory, the predecessor of the company, was founded in 1973. In the 1980s, it successfully introduced advanced technology of foreign oil bits. In 1998, it was restructured and listed. Its headquarters is located in Wuhan Donghu New Technology Development Zone. It has two bit manufacturing bases, Qianjiang bit division and Shanghai Branch.
