Mudanjiang Hengfeng Paper Co., Ltd. is the production base of cigarette accessories determined by the State Tobacco Corporation. It is the first domestic key high-tech enterprise in the paper industry recognized by the Ministry of science and technology and the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The company was listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2001, and Hubei Hengfeng Paper Co., Ltd., which is controlled by Hengfeng Paper Co., Ltd., was established in 2005, realizing the development pattern of regional diversification.

Hengfeng has 70 years of history and special tissue paper R & D and manufacturing technology. At present, the company has 21 organic paper production lines with an annual production capacity of 230000 tons, mainly producing all kinds of cigarette paper, filter rod forming paper, hand rolled cigarette paper, new tobacco paper, tipping paper and other cigarette paper, as well as thin printing paper, household paper, food packaging paper, decorative paper and other non cigarette special tissue paper, totaling 10 series products.
