Harbin Dong'an Automobile Power Co., Ltd. was formerly known as the state-owned 120 plant. Founded in 1948, the 120th factory is a military enterprise mainly engaged in the production of aviation light power and its derivatives, and helicopter transmission system. In the early 1980s, according to the national policy of "combining the military with the civilian, supporting the military with the civilian", it invested and established the first domestic production line of micro car engine. At present, Dong'an power mainly has three types of products: engine, transmission and parts. Its business scope covers the development, production and sales of engine, transmission and parts, as well as the purchase and sale of automobiles, trade and technology import and export. It has 290 patents, including 6 invention patents. It is the first in the same industry in China to pass the IATF 16949 automobile quality management system standard certification. The engine consists of three platforms: M-series naturally aspirated, supercharged direct injection and new energy hybrid. The engine displacement covers 1.0L ~ 1.6L, covering FF, FR and Mr layout. It can meet the target values of four stages of fuel consumption for passenger cars, the fuel consumption limits of three stages for commercial vehicles, the limits of national six emission regulations and the more stringent industry regulations in the future. Transmission includes three platforms: front drive, rear drive and electric vehicle reducer, which can carry transmission torque of 150n. M ~ 300N. M. electric vehicle reducer covers medium and high-grade cars and electric logistics vehicles. Parts and components include two major business sectors of non-ferrous casting and black casting. In 2017, the company formally signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Foton, and became the regional general agent of Foton passenger cars in Heilongjiang, formally entering the field of vehicle sales.
