Cangzhou Dahua Group Co., Ltd. is a large comprehensive chemical enterprise group with chemical fertilizer and TDI as leading products, which is controlled by China National Chemical Industry Group and participated by Cangzhou municipal government. It has six subsidiaries (including one listed company), with annual production capacity of 360000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 580000 tons of urea, 150000 tons of TDI, 160000 tons of caustic soda, concentrated nitric acid and ammonium nitrate. Among them, "iron lion" brand urea and "flying lion" brand TDI have won the market reputation with reliable quality and service. Cangzhou Dahua, formerly known as Cangzhou Chemical Fertilizer Plant of Hebei Province, is one of the first batch of 13 large nitrogenous fertilizer enterprises introduced and constructed in China in the early 1970s. It was completed and put into operation in 1977, changed from factory system to company system in June 1996, and restructured and cooperated with China National chemical industry group in October 2006. After more than 30 years of unremitting efforts, continuous technological transformation, elimination of backward production capacity and implementation of industrial upgrading, it has developed into an important isocyanate and fertilizer production base in China.

In recent years, Cangzhou Dahua has been focusing on the two leading industries of chemical fertilizer and TDI, relying on the location, resources, transportation and environmental capacity advantages of Bohai new area, a national economic and Technological Development Zone, as well as the support from the superior, giving full play to its talent, technology and management advantages, and further implementing the adjustment of industrial structure. A series of projects with an annual output of 50000 tons of TDI, 60000 tons of DNT, 70000 tons of TDI, 6 expansion and 9 technical transformation of DNT and 160000 tons of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda have been completed and put into operation. A circular economy development mode with close connection of upstream and downstream products, complete industrial chain and prominent main business has been initially established.
