The first international standard ISO 2408:2017 "steel wire ropes - Requirements" was released and implemented in June 2017, realizing the breakthrough of "zero" in the development and revision of international standards led by China's steel wire rope industry and Guizhou Province. It shows that China has mastered the core and key technologies in the field of steel wire rope manufacturing, With independent intellectual property rights and international "discourse power", China's wire rope industry has been promoted to the world.
