Palm garden is a comprehensive landscape enterprise with landscape design and construction as its main business, and it has the first grade qualification of urban landscaping (obtained in 2000) issued by the former Ministry of construction and the first grade qualification of landscape engineering design (obtained in 2008) issued by the Ministry of housing and urban rural development.
Palm Garden Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") is a high-tech garden enterprise with more than 20 years of business history. It was established in 1984 as a partnership enterprise, the palm nursery of Xiaolan District, Zhongshan City. It was renamed Guangdong Palm Garden Engineering Co., Ltd. in 1993, and was wholly changed into a joint-stock company on June 2, 2008, On June 10, 2010, the company was officially listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 002431). With a registered capital of 192 million yuan, the company has more than 1300 employees, ranking in the forefront of the industry in terms of business income, tax payment and cross regional operation ability. Over the years, palm has been known as the leader of private enterprises in China's landscape architecture industry for its excellent business performance.
As of December 2009, there are only 15 enterprises with the above two qualifications in China. Palm Garden business covers the whole process of landscape architecture project construction, including landscape planning and design and consulting, landscape engineering construction and maintenance, landscape seedling production and sales, landscape technology and material research and development, among which landscape design and landscape engineering construction business accounts for more than 90% of the company's main business income.
