Zhuhai Wanlida Electric Automation Company with limited liability was established in 2014. The predecessor Zhuhai Wanlida Electric Company limited by shares was established in 1991. In 2007, Zhuhai Wanlida Electric Company limited by shares was listed on Shenzhen SME board. In 2014, it was changed to Zhuhai Wanlida Electric Automation Company with limited liability（called Wanlida Electric) after major asset reorganization.

They are widely used in power grids, railways, industrial and mining enterprises, and enjoy a high reputation in the domestic industrial and mining enterprise market; It is selected as a manufacturer in the "Recommended Catalogue of Major Equipment Products and Manufacturers Required for the Construction and Reconstruction of National Urban and Rural Power Grids", as the main suppliers of electrical equipment procurement framework agreements for large enterprise groups such as China National Petroleum Corporation, China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd.
