The company was founded by Rao Luhua, Zeng quhu and Yan Lisheng on August 12, 1996. On October 16, 2000, with the approval of the shareholders' meeting of Kelu Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Kelu Electronics Co., Ltd. was wholly changed to establish Shenzhen Kelu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. On October 20, 2000, all shareholders of Kelu Co., Ltd. signed an agreement that six shareholders of the former Kelu Co., Ltd. will be the promoters of the joint stock company and contribute to the joint stock company with their net assets corresponding to the share of capital contribution of Kelu Co., Ltd. In November 2000, Shenzhen Municipal People's Government approved the establishment of Shenzhen Kelu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. On February 2, 2007, the company approved to issue RMB 15 million shares to the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Commission.
