Dongfang Jinyu is a joint-stock limited company established by directional fund-raising with Ezhou garment factory as the main sponsor and approved by Hubei Provincial Commission of system reform in April 1993. It is the first jadeite listed company in China and is committed to becoming a first-class supplier of jadeite raw materials and accessories in Asia.
On the evening of July 25, 2018, Dongfang Jinyu announced that the company and its subsidiaries had a total debt of 916 million yuan [1]. On January 16, 2019, Dongfang Jinyu received the notice of investigation from China Securities Regulatory Commission, and was put on file for investigation by China Securities Regulatory Commission for suspected information disclosure violations [2].
