The project is a national key project, with production equipment and technology reaching the world's advanced level. It is a metallurgical high-tech project. The first stage production capacity is 960000 tons per year of hot rolled sheet and ultra-thin sheet. The continued construction project started in May 2001, and the production capacity will reach 1.86 million tons per year of hot rolled sheet and ultra-thin sheet, becoming the largest specialized sheet production and processing center in South China Base.
