Gansu Jingyuan Coal Power Co., Ltd., formerly known as Gansu Changfeng Special Electronics Co., Ltd., was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 1993. In June 2005, Jingyuan Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd. realized backdoor listing by putting Wangjiashan coal mine assets into the company. The company was renamed Gansu Jingyuan Coal Power Co., Ltd., the first coal listed company in Northwest China.
