The former northeast Thermal Power Co., Ltd. of state power was established in Dalian in December 1992, listed in a shares in March, 1997, and reorganized into "State Power Development Co., Ltd." in January2000. In December 2002, state power was under the control of the original state power group. After the establishment of the national energy group in November 2017, state power has become the integrated platform of conventional energy generation business (including thermal power and hydropower) of national energy group.
