In March 2010, with the approval of the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, China Huaxing fluorochemical Investment Group Co., Ltd. transferred 11904142 shares of the company's tradable shares with limited sales conditions through public solicitation, accounting for 18.86% of the total share capital. At the same time, it transferred 442100 shares of recoverable shares instead of advanced shares. On April 29, 2010, Huaxing fluorochemical signed a share transfer agreement with Shenzhen jushenghua Industrial Development Co., Ltd., transferring 11904142 shares of the company's tradable shares with limited sales conditions to jushenghua industrial, accounting for 18.86% of the company's total share capital. At the same time, as an integral part of this share transfer, Huaxing fluorochemical will transfer and recover 442108 shares of the company's advanced shares Rights to the company. On June 17, 2010, the above shares were registered and jushenghua industry became the largest shareholder and controlling shareholder of the company. In June 2010, the name of the company was changed to Baocheng Investment Co., Ltd., and the business scope of the company was changed to: investment in wire and cable manufacturing; investment in accommodation industry and catering industry.
