(1) The influence of gas and gas underfilling.
When the mixture of oil and gas is pumped into the sucker rod pump, the gas occupies part of the space that the piston gives up. When the oil is too late to enter into the pump, or when the pump displacement is greater than the oil supply capacity of the oil layer, the amount of oil entering the pump will also decrease.
(2) Elastic expansion and contraction of sucker rod string and tubing string.
Due to the working characteristics of the succer rod pump, the succer rod string and the tubing string are subjected to alternating loads during the working process, thereby elastically expanding and contracting, making the piston stroke smaller than the smooth rod stroke, thus reducing the volume of the piston.
(3) The influence of leakage.
The gap between the piston and the bushing, as well as the leakage between the valve and other connecting parts, will reduce the actual displacement. As long as the manufacturing quality and assembly quality of the pump is ensured, the impact of leakage is not significant within a certain period of time after the pump is installed. However, when the liquid is corrosive or the liquid contains sand, the leakage of the pump will increase rapidly due to corrosion and wear. Wax and sand in the pump will make the valve not close tightly, or even get stuck, which will seriously damage the work of the pump. In these cases, in addition to improving the structure of the pump and improving the corrosion resistance of the pump, we can mainly take measures to prevent sand and wax, and regularly inspect the pump to maintain the normal operation of the sucker rod pump.
There are many factors that affect the work efficiency of succer rod pumps, however, from the perspective of the three basic aspects of the work (the volume of the piston, the crude oil enters the pump and the crude oil is discharged from the pump), it can be summarized into the above three aspects. >> sucker rod pump tungsten carbide 18k gold ring allulose manufacturers
