Qiqihar No.2 Machine Tool (Group) Co., Ltd. (reformed from the former Qiqihar No.2 Machine Tool Plant) moved to Shenyang in October 1950 to build the plant.

After more than 60 years of development and construction, the enterprise has become the production base of heavy machine tools and forging equipment in China, providing nearly 60000 sets of machine tools and equipment for 32 provinces, cities, autonomous regions in China and more than 40 countries and regions on five continents in the world, including more than 2000 sets of single machine equipment of more than 100 tons for national defense, military industry, aviation, aerospace, shipping, automobile, energy and other industries and fields .

Personnel status: Currently, there are 5002 employees, 1429 of whom have various middle and senior professional titles and technical grades.

Floor area: the total floor area is 540000 square meters, and the plant building area is 200000 square meters.

Equipment status: 1930 sets of various production equipment, including 1007 metal cutting machine tools and 227 large and fine key equipment. The imported equipment with international level are: Germany CNC horizontal milling and boring machining center, CNC spiral bevel gear grinding machine, precision guide rail grinding, CNC cam grinding; Switzerland MAG comb machine, gear grinding machine; Italy inser floor milling and boring machining center; Japan CNC gantry milling machine, Mori precision machine vertical machining center; Russia CNC gantry boring and milling machine, etc.

Products: CNC Floor milling and boring machine series products, CNC gantry boring and milling machine series products, CNC vertical lathe series products, CNC milling machine and machining center, mechanical press and automatic forging equipment, as well as large CNC winding machine, five axis linkage hybrid machine, CNC gantry high speed aluminum ingot compound processing production line and other large CNC special machines.

CNC Floor milling and boring machine: boring shaft diameter is (130mm-320mm). Among them, the large-scale boring shaft diameter 320mm super heavy milling and boring machine has been put into use by users.

CNC vertical lathe: large machining diameter (1.6m-16m), a new product series. The CNC vertical lathe with large processing diameter of 8m, 10m and 12.5m is being manufactured to realize the full series market launch of this kind of product industrialization scale. 16m CNC vertical lathe is under development.

CNC horizontal lathe: workpiece rotation diameter (1600mm-7000mm), large workpiece length 20000mm, large workpiece weight 32-400t. This series is suitable for machining cylindrical surface, conical surface, end face, rotary surface, grooving, thread, boring and so on. It is the key equipment for processing turbine rotor, large motor spindle, wind turbine spindle, military industry, shipbuilding, aerospace and other major equipment industries. At present, the product has been sold to the international market.

Mechanical press products: the nominal pressure is (4000kn-24000kn). This series of products introduce Komatsu crank mechanical press technology from Japan, and ELFORD CNC multi link mechanical press technology from Germany. More than 300 mechanical presses of various specifications have been provided to major automobile manufacturers all over the country. At present, the enterprise introduces and develops CNC multi position stamping production line, and is developing 25000kN products.

CNC gantry boring and milling machine: gantry and worktable width (1500mm-6250mm), for the newly developed product series. This series of products through the introduction of Japanese Benma Co., Ltd. technology and digestion innovation. At present, we are developing a super heavy gantry boring and milling machine with a gantry width of 9000mm and a height of 8000mm.

Milling machine products: including vertical and horizontal lifting table milling machine and machining center.

Automatic forging press products: the enterprise is the development and production base of automatic forging press in China, and its output and technical level have been in a good position in China. Qiqihar automatic forging press Research Institute, the national centralized technical unit of automatic forging press industry, is located in the factory.

Service field: the enterprise has formed the advantages and characteristics of heavy-duty CNC products in the development of domestic CNC machine tools.
