Beijing Times Technology Co., Ltd. was established in early 2001. It is a new joint-stock company initiated by time group company and jointly established by Tsinghua Ziguang, Lenovo Group, Daheng Group and Sitong group. It is mainly engaged in the development, production and sales of inverter welding machine, large welding equipment, special welding machine and CNC cutting machine. On March 31, 2006, Beijing Times Technology Co., Ltd. was listed in the stock transfer system of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming the first listed company in China's welding machine manufacturing industry. On October 26, 2006, "Beijing Times" opened the financing precedent of "third board market" and successfully raised funds, which provided better opportunities and conditions for the rapid development of the company.

Time company adheres to the principle of "science and technology, industry and export". After years of development, the company has formed a set of strict technology development, product manufacturing, quality control, capital operation, market planning, customer service management system. At present, the welding machines produced by time company have passed the national "3C" certification and been rated as "Beijing famous brand products" for four consecutive years. In 1995, time company passed ISO9001 quality system certification. In 2008, the company obtained the certification of environmental management system (ISO14001:2004) and occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS 18001:2001). From this time, the company has become the first welding machine manufacturer in China to pass the above management system certification. Among the welding machine enterprises in China, time company is the only one to establish a postdoctoral mobile station. Time has more than 40 sales and service-oriented subsidiaries in China, with sales and after-sales service network throughout the country.

Time company began to engage in the development, production and sales of IGBT inverter welding machine in 1993. The company now produces all IGBT inverter welding machine. In line with the product development goal of "domestic first-class, world advanced, not unique, but first", along the development route of continuous digitization, greening, automation and innovation, time company provides high-quality and perfect welding machine products for all walks of life. At present, the sales volume of inverter welding machine is the first in China, and time company has become the largest inverter welding machine R & D, manufacturing and sales enterprise in China for many years. The company's welding machine products have formed more than 10 series and more than 70 product models. In 2003, the company took the lead in adopting digital DSP technology in domestic welding machine field, occupying the commanding height of domestic welding machine technology. In October 2007, the company established Jinan Times New Era Technology Co., Ltd. At present, the company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the times company, mainly engaged in the development, production and sales of large-scale welding equipment, special welding machine and CNC cutting machine. All kinds of large-scale welding equipment have been widely used in wind power, boiler, pressure vessel and many other industries.

In 2009, the company invested hundreds of millions of yuan in Jinan high tech Development Zone to build the world's most advanced manufacturing base with an annual output of 300000 welding machines. The base will be put into production in 2012. After continuous exploration and research, the era welding robot products officially appeared in the 2010 Essen Welding exhibition. Once launched, the products have gained the attention of the market and users. With years of welding machine manufacturing experience and auxiliary machinery manufacturing level, the reliability, integration ability and parts supply of era robot can be effectively guaranteed. In the same year, the company vigorously promoted the development of the civil welding machine market, and launched a full range of portable and durable small welding machines, which consolidated the position of the era brand in the field of civil welding machine and broadened the application field of the era products.
