Shaanxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shaanxi Automobile), headquartered in Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, formerly known as Shaanxi Automobile factory. The foundation was laid in 1968, and the first "Yan'an brand" SX250 heavy military off-road vehicle was successfully developed in 1970, which completely ended the history of our army's "gun without vehicle". Since its establishment, the factory has produced more than 400000 vehicles of various types, which has made great contributions to China's national economic development and national defense construction.

Over the past 40 years, Shaanqi has developed into a super large automobile enterprise group with an area of 5.322 million square meters, total assets of 18.9 billion yuan and more than 26000 employees. The company's product range covers heavy military off-road vehicles, heavy trucks, large and medium-sized buses (chassis), medium and light trucks, heavy axle, Cummins engine and auto parts and other fields. It is the only designated heavy military over field vehicle production base and the first batch of automobile export base enterprises to be retained after the national model selection and comparative test. At present, it has 31 participating (holding) subsidiaries, including Shaanxi heavy truck Co., Ltd., Baoji Huashan Engineering Vehicle Co., Ltd., Shaanxi oshut Automobile Co., Ltd., Shaanxi hande axle Co., Ltd., and Xi'an Cummins Engine Co., Ltd.

Shaanqi has a complete product R & D system. Through extensive foreign cooperation, we have built a full range of commercial vehicle R & D platform and its support system, established a "national enterprise technology center and post doctoral research workstation", and built the only "heavy truck new energy research and development and Application Laboratory" in the domestic heavy truck industry. Our projects have been listed in the national "863 Plan". The enterprise is in the leading position in the industry in terms of industrial scale, R & D capability, marketing and construction of parts manufacturing system. "Shaanqi brand" heavy military off-road vehicle has successively participated in the world-famous military parade ceremony of the 35th, 50th and 60th anniversary of the founding of the people's Republic of China. It has become the only vehicle manufacturer in the industry to participate in the National Day military parade for three times, and has received many awards from the State Council and the Central Military Commission. In 2009, the company successfully launched the "Delong f3000" heavy truck series products, which further improved the domestic heavy truck technology level. The product adopts the concept of living room design, integrates multiple functions such as driving, rest and office, and is equipped with a CAN bus distributed topology electronic integrated management system with fault monitoring, real-time alarm and other functions, realizing the full electronic control system, Is a set of 38 technical patents as a completely independent brand products. In the field of new energy vehicles, Shaanqi successfully developed China's first pure electric port tractor in 2009. CNG, LNG heavy-duty truck, LNG bus chassis, hybrid bus chassis and other new energy vehicle products have been put on the market in batches, leading the industry in technical level.

In 2009, Shaanxi Automobile Co., Ltd. sold 79000 cars of various types, with a sales revenue of 22.1 billion yuan. The production and operation of the enterprise maintained a steady growth in the year of market turbulence. Under the background of the obvious decline of China's export market, Shaanqi's heavy truck rose against the trend and sold well in 43 countries around the world. It exported 12000 cars in the whole year and earned US $430 million in foreign exchange. Its export volume and volume ranked first in the domestic heavy truck industry.

Looking forward to the future, in accordance with the strategy of "strengthening heavy trucks, expanding commercial vehicles, cultivating new growth points and realizing sustainable development", Shaanxi Automobile will speed up the pace of industrial structure adjustment. While continuing to do a good job in the development of heavy trucks, it will actively seek the development of medium truck, bus, mini car, key parts and special vehicles, and form a series of heavy, medium, light, micro and bus products By 2015, the company will achieve the grand goal of producing and selling more than 600000 vehicles (250000 heavy trucks, 60000 medium trucks, 10000 buses and 300000 mini cars) with sales revenue exceeding 100 billion yuan, and build Shaanxi Automobile into an international super large commercial automobile enterprise group.
