Izumi has set up injection molding machine, die-casting machine, rubber injection molding machine, high-speed packaging system, robot automation integrated system and other business units to realize diversified development in the field of equipment manufacturing. Under the global management, the production bases of Izumi are distributed at home and abroad, covering a total area of nearly 300000 square meters, and now have more than 2500 employees.
Yizhimi introduced IPD product integrated R & D management mode to improve product upgrading. With increasing investment in innovation, the R & D expenditure in 2017 has exceeded 90 million yuan, and the scientific research achievements are fruitful. So far, it has obtained more than 180 technical patents and won the vice president unit of China Plastics Machinery Industry Association. It has enterprise technology center and Engineering Center, and has set up post doctoral research workstation and academician workstation.
In 2011, Izumi acquired all intellectual property rights of HPM, a centennial enterprise in the United States, realizing the dual brand strategy. In the world, Izumi has many technical service centers and more than 30 overseas distributors, covering more than 60 countries and regions. In addition, Izumi has set up a number of technical service centers, R & D centers and sales outlets around the world to provide better products and services for global customers.
Yizhimi has established three production bases in China, namely Gaoli, Wusha and Wujiang, to upgrade its production capacity. Now, Izumi India plant has been officially put into operation, and the new North American plant of Izumi HPM has also been put into operation.
