Shenyang Machine Tool Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") is a share-holding enterprise jointly sponsored by Shenyang No.1 Machine Tool Factory, Zhongjie friendship factory and Liaoning precision instrument factory, which was established in May 1993 and approved by Shenyang Economic System Reform Commission in document no.199231. In July 1996, with the approval of China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) sfsz No. 1996112, the company issued 54 million yuan of common shares to the public. After the issuance, the total share capital of the company was 215823518 yuan, and it was listed and traded in Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The company is a subsidiary of Shenyang Machine Tool (Group) Co., Ltd.

Shenyang No.1 Machine Tool Factory was founded in 1935. Over the past 60 years, through continuous technological transformation and innovation, it has become the largest comprehensive machine tool manufacturer and national CNC machine tool development and manufacturing base in China. Since its commissioning, the factory has provided nearly 300000 sets of metal cutting equipment for domestic and foreign manufacturing industries, and is famous for its excellent quality.

In 1997, the factory won the bid for the industrialization project of CNC machine tools in the "key scientific and technological research in the Ninth Five Year Plan" and became a national key CNC machine tool production base. In the same year, the CAK series CNC machine tools produced by the factory were rated as famous brand products of the machinery industry by the Ministry of machinery industry. The factory has completed the transition from ordinary lathe as the leading product to CNC lathe as the leading product, and the output value of CNC products accounts for more than 60% of the total annual output value.

Since 2000, the economic scale of enterprises has achieved rapid growth for seven consecutive years. Sales revenue increased by 11 times, and machine tool output increased by 11 times. The medium and high-end CNC machine tools have entered the core manufacturing field of national key industries in batches, and the CNC machine tools provided for automobile, national defense and military industry, aerospace and other industries have accounted for more than 70% of the total sales volume of CNC machine tools; the company has the ability to provide complete sets of technical equipment for national key projects, and has provided four rail beam processing production lines for Shanghai maglev train project, marking that Shenyang machine tool is in the market The R & D and manufacturing capabilities in this field have reached the international advanced level; four engine cylinder block and cylinder head production lines have been successfully provided for Chery Automobile, marking the first batch entry of domestic high-end CNC machine tools into the core manufacturing field of auto parts, thus ending the monopoly situation of foreign manufacturers in this field.

Since 2010, Shenyang Machine Tool Co., Ltd. insists on using new technology and new materials to improve product quality. Its CNC turret branch successfully replaced zqsn6-6-3 copper alloy with Microcrystalline Alloy lza4205 worm gear special material, which further improved the quality of CNC turret products of Shenyang Machine Tool Co., Ltd., and controlled the cost, which greatly improved the product competitiveness of Shenyang Machine Tool Co., Ltd.

At present, Shenyang CNC Machine Tool Industrial Park has completed the relocation, and has realized the professional restructuring.
